Valleywood Golf View Villa

Great property! Good experience!

We planned a short weekend getaway that was not during peak tourism season. We really enjoyed the ability to talk with the vendors and learn about the area.

Suggestion: The exhaust fams in the bathrooms need cleaning.

Wonderful home. Great location. Beautiful views. Peaceful and quiet and full of nature. Beds were ok. Comfortable seating throughout the home and back deck as well. Very clean. Would stay again.

The rental was very nice, I would stay here again.

It was a nice quiet area. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the golfers.
We were about 15 minutes from Galena. We spent one day visiting the shops. We had a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant. We golfed the East course. Everyone was very nice. Also ate at Durty Gurts. I would recommend this house. The one thing I was concerned about was we didnt have phone service. Which was worrisome.

Beautiful and updated condo! Loved how quiet it was and the view of the 16th hole was great! Loved sitting out there and watching the golfers. Only downfall was the beds. I felt like I was back in college sleeping on a cot. Would love to stay there again but unless some real beds are replaced, unfortunately will stay somewhere else. We did buy an egg crate which helped slightly, but definitely not comfortable.

nice and clean! The only thing i would suggest is another step out front to gain front deck. Long way for an older person. Also toilet upgrades would be beneficial as well. They were so low to the floor. Best view and most beautiful area! Will definitely be back!

We were able to get away and have a few days in Galena. We stayed at the Valleywood Golf View Villa which was well located, nicely decorated, and extremely clean and well appointed. Being that the villa has a view of the 16th hole, it was very fun to watch and critique the golfers as they played through. The deck had a good sun location and was very relaxing to sit on.

We had a wonderful time.

This 2 bed-2 bath villa is great for two couples to share. Bedrooms and baths are on different floors, providing nice privacy. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware etc. We were there in winter storm- and it was beautiful and walks were shoveled and parking lot plowed! Wild stay again.

This condo/villa was everything that was advertised. The home was in excellent condition. Everything you could need was available. The view on the 16th hole of the golf course is beautiful. Very close to restaurants and downtown Galena made it the perfect spot for the weekend.

Great location with Great views . Like that one bedroom was on first floor and other on second . Also I rented this property because of Meghan the property manager . Awesome to deal with.

Loved the layout which is what made us book this location. Private bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the same downstairs. Quiet location and had all the amenities you need, although we didn't take advantage of them this time around. Nicely decorated.

My sister and I rented valley wood golf view villa for just a few days . We were very happy with everything. It was exactly like the pictures.

Quiet spot off the beaten path. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. I appreciated that this property did not make you feel that you had to clean the entire home and do laundry given that a cleaning fee is required. We felt right at home, the home was as it is presented on the website!!

We enjoyed our family reunion in Galena. The property was located perfectly for our needs. Located off Territory Drive, we had easy access to The Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa and the North Course. Rental was clean and well maintained. Very few kitchen supplies (no spices or coffee) Wishing there were more towels as only one per guest Is offered. Also, supplying our own queen sheets for the sleeper sofa was fine for us but might pose a challenge for a traveler. Will definitely consider this property again as the view of the 16th green is wonderful and the location was great for our group.

All it would take is a very inexpensive Zinus mattress from Amazon to help solve this. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay! Will definitely stay here again. Had an issue with a wasps nest out on the deck, and notified them and they came right over and toook care of them. Great location to head into town or the Owners Club for a workout. Be sure to hit the Falls, especially after a big rain!

Perfect stay! Amazing property and location

My sister and I did a four day getaway. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms was ideal. My sister is an active bird watcher and found 58 different birds in the area. It was a great location to access all of our planned activities in the Galena territory.

Rental process was simple. Rental itself was clean with new refrigerator and a better bed than most. Only minimal suggestion would be to replace slider door blinds. Difficult to completely close.

Had a great time shopping for Christmas gifts in galena. Great dinning in town and at the lodge. Beautiful colors of fall as we toured around galena. Tha condo was very nice and comfortable.

Always love Galena and renting a townhome in the Territory was great for us. We did need to drive to Galena downtown and all other places we wanted to go but the 6 of us slept comfortably and enjoyed the amenities of Eagle ridge along with the spacious bathrooms, back deck, easy access , kitchen supplies and TVs in the townhome!

We loved our trip to Galena and the resort was beautiful. We visited the wineries, downtown Galena and Dubuque. Golfing, hiking and shopping too!
Our unit at Eagle Ridge was in a good location and the space was perfect for two couples.
The beds in both bedrooms consisted of a mattress on a large piece of plywood. They were terribly uncomfortable.

House was very nice and clean. Did not realize there would be so many steps! My wife had major hip surgery and had been completely off of her leg for 6 months and has a hard time taking steps. But we got along. Had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay, however the condo had a stale odor as if Smokers were there. The towel rack main floor bathroom fell off the wall as soon as I set a towel on it. There were no dish cloths fir wiping countertops but there were dish towels. I would have liked an option for a softer pillow. These are minor issues so everything was nice. The city after my name is incorrect and I can’t change it.
